1. Who is the typical Miami Cigs customer?

Miami Cigs electronic cigarettes can be enjoyed in moderation by any smoker over the age of 18 or the age wherever state or country law applies. Any individual that enjoys casual tobacco consumption can benefit from Miami Cigs electric cigarettes.

 

2. Can I have different colored lights on the end of my e cigarette?

Yes. Our black electronic cigarette contains a blue light while the white battery contains a red light. You may choose between the different colors and enjoy which combination you prefer. More colors will be available in the future as demand grows.

3. How do Miami Cigs e cigarettes work?

Miami Cigs have a simple two piece design with recharge features Screw the battery and cartridge together to form the Miami Cigs electronic cigarette. Once the battery is charged, simply begin puffing on the e cigarette to enjoy the long lasting and full flavor of our premium brand of electric cigarettes.

4. What flavors can I purchase?

Miami Cigs carries Roasted Tobacco, Classic Menthol, Banana Splash, and Roasted Coffee. You can purchase these flavors in different nicotine dosages depending on the degree of smoker. A Vanilla flavors will be introduced in the next several months along with numerous other flavors. 

 

5. Does Miami Cigs have Tobacco or smoke?

Miami Cigs electronic cigarettes do not contain tobacco or smoke; however, they do contain nicotine derived from tobacco. The vapor that is produced from each puff is mostly water vapor, not the smoke that is generated from the combustion of tobacco.

7. How do you compare tobacco cigarettes to Miami Cigs?

Miami Cigs uses primarily water vapor to allow a person to smoke. In tobacco cigarettes, the combustion of the actual tobacco leaves provide the smoker with harmful chemicals and tar which are the main reason for the many illnesses that overuse of tobacco can cause. While Miami Cigs does not advertise that the electronic cigarette is safe or safer than tobacco use, the simple advantage of using water vapor than the burning of tobacco provides relatively the same experience. Smoking is still dangerous no matter what or how and all Miami Cigs products are recommended to be used in moderation. 

8. Are Miami Cigs e cigarettes a quit smoking product?

Miami Cigs are not advertised as a smoking cessation product and should not be used solely for the practice of quitting smoking. The electronic cigarette is a recreational smoking device that is to be used in moderation. 

9. Is smoking a Miami Cigs E cigarette banned anywhere?

You can smoke Miami Cigs in nearly all restaurants, bars, clubs, airports, etc. due to the water vapor effect instead of the pungent tobacco odor. They are however banned in airplanes and each state contains its own policy on regional smoking laws.

10. Who is allowed to purchase and smoke Miami Cigs Products?

Any smoker over the age of 18 or whichever age state law complies with may purchase Miami Cigs electronic cigarette products. We specifically ask and verify the age of any customer and those under the age of 18 attempting to purchase will be void and will be unable to successfully complete a transaction with our company. 

11. I’m worried about identify theft, is my credit card purchase safe?

Miami Cigs runs a 128 bit SSL encrypted server which is virtually hacker proof. We take our customers card information very seriously and do not actually hold any customer card information on our databases. The information is encrypted and then deleted shortly after the transaction takes place. Rest assured we will never disclose any customer personal data to any third parties.

12. Where can I purchase Miami Cigs products?

During the date that this FAQ is being written, Miami Cigs products can only be purchased from MiamiCigs.com. There are however plans to distribute in the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut via specialty tobacco stores and delis. Further information will be provided once there is a distribution channel in the previous states.

13. I have a coupon to use, where can I input it to save?

We use a one-step check out system so under the summary page there should be a voucher section to input your coupon code to save off of your order. If you have issues with this please contact customer service.

Shipping & Handling Information

14. Where do you currently ship to?

Miami Cigs since inception ships worldwide. For USA domestic packages shipping is free however we charge 11.99 USD for international priority mail. We would love to allow free shipping worldwide but unfortunately international shipping is expensive even for a product such as ours and thus we must charge shipping fees for any country outside of the United States.

15. I live in Canada, is shipping still 11.99?

Yes, unfortunately shipping to Canada is 11.99 USD. 

16. What are the Shipping options? Can I have it overnight?

We currently ship USPS priority and international priority. We do NOT currently offer overnight services; however, we are in the nascent stages of offering such services through FedEx or UPS.


17. How many days do I wait to receive my order?

USPS priority mail for domestic orders take 2-3 business days to be delivered. International orders take for home or business delivery 5-7 business days depending on the location. Tracking is provided in your account information pages. 

18. Will I be notified about the shipment of my order?

Upon Shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number which can be monitored on the USPS.com website.

19. How do I check tracking?

You will be emailed your direct tracking number which can be looked at via the USPS.com website. You may also find this information in your account management interface on MiamiCigs.com

20. What is a Cartomizer or Cartridge?

Cartridge/cartomizer is both the same item and they are the refills to the battery which contains the liquid that forms the vapor you smoke from the electronic cigarette. These cartridges are disposable and once consumed should be thrown away and replaced with a new cartridge.

 

21. How long does the battery life last?

The battery life is about 3-4 hours of continuous smoke. We recommend everything in moderation. Please smoke the Miami Cigs electronic cigarette as you do traditional cigarettes, 10-15 puffs and a short break.

22. How do I know when I have to charge the battery?

The battery will glow red/blue and blink several times. You will also notice that no vapor will be exhausted out of the cigarette. Please screw the battery into the charger that you have and plug it into the computer/outlet/or car. 

22. How much Nicotine does Miami Cigs e cigarettes have?

Miami Cigs nicotine cartridges come in varying degrees of nicotine to the hard core, average, and mild smoker. We have 24mg cartridges which pack more of a punch than usual cigarettes, 12mg for the average smokers, and 6mg for the lights. We are introducing new nicotine variations later in the year with 0mg, and 18mg. 

23. How long does it take to charge a battery?

It should take roughly 3-4 hours to fully charge a battery. You will know it is fully charged when the battery tip turns off. 

 

24. Can I use another battery charger from a different company?

 

Please do not use out sourced or non Miami Cigs chargers to recharge batteries.
